All prices are monthly USD, plus applicable tax. One location is included; additional locations are $29/month each. Usage allowances are shared across your workspace, not multiplied by locations. Payment-processing fees and optional professional services are separate.
SMS and AI services require setup, connected credentials, carrier approval where applicable, and consent. Included usage has a hard limit by default. Owners may explicitly authorize higher limits at $0.04/SMS segment, $0.03/AI SMS reply, or $0.25/AI Phone minute. Mimic stops at 1,000 replies with no automatic overage charge.
The free trial covers Booking only. Paid upgrades end the trial once payment succeeds. Existing subscribers keep their agreed pricing, features, and add-ons—no automatic migration.

No. The 21-day Booking trial requires no card. After creating your account and verifying your email, you confirm the trial securely with Stripe.
What happens after 21 days?
Add a payment method if you want to continue at $34.99/month plus applicable tax. Without a payment method, the trial ends without a charge. Existing subscriptions keep their agreed terms.
Are AI Phone and AI SMS included?
AI SMS is included in Growth and Complete; AI Phone and Mimic AI are included in Complete. They are not included in Booking or its free trial. Setup and applicable carrier approval are required. You can hear POJ’s AI on Escape Proving Ground’s real business line before deciding.
Does POJ charge a fee for every booking?
No per-booking platform fee. Applicable payment-processing fees, taxes, additional locations, and expressly authorized usage charges are separate.
Can I bring data from another platform?
Optional white-glove migration can move eligible business data. What can be moved depends on your source platform and export files. Contact us to review your migration scope.
Can I cancel?
Yes. Booking renews monthly until canceled if you add a payment method and continue. Review the applicable subscription terms and cancellation timing in your workspace.
